Summary:

This report presents the results of the evaluation, conducted by ANACOM in June 2009, on the quality of voice (GSM), video-telephony (UMTS) mobile services and network coverage (GSM and WCDMA), provided by Sonaecom (Optimus), TMN and Vodafone Portugal on Lisbon’s urban railway network (Azambuja, Cascais, Fertagus, Sado and Sintra lines). The evaluation was performed through the analysis of technical parameters which give a view of quality from the consumer’s perspective.
