By determination of 10 May 2010 and subsequent to the application presented by Onitelecom - Infocomunicações, S.A. (Onitelecom), ANACOM decided to extend the deadline, until 30 June 2010, for this company to make deposit of the final price payable as a result of the BWA auction. This final price payable is alluded to in article 31, paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the auction held for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies for broadband wireless access (BWA).

It was further decided that this deadline shall be non-extendable, whereby, in the event that the required deposit is not made by the stipulated deadline of 30 June 2010, the bond which Onitelecom provided by bank guarantee shall be executed.
