Title: Electronic Communications Services Consumer Survey - Residential Population

Summary:

This report, which presents the main results of the latest survey into the consumption of electronic communications services by the residential population of Portugal, was produced by ANACOM and by GfK Metris between 6 November and 20 December 2009. It focuses, in particular, on consumption of the fixed telephone service (FTS), the mobile telephone service (MTS), the Internet access service and the subscription television service by individuals aged 15 or older who are resident in mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores.
