ANACOM has granted Vodafone Portugal, Comunicações Pessoais, S.A., temporary authorisation to use 16 channels in the 1800 MHz frequency band – 1851.8-1854.8 MHz base station transmission frequencies and 1756.8-1759.8 MHz mobile station transmission frequencies. Authorisation is granted for the period 15 June 2007 to 15 January 2008, within the scope of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
