ANACOM approved a draft decision on the alterations to be introduced in the Reference Conduit Access Offer (RCAO) of PT Comunicações (PTC), by determination of 4 January 2007. The alterations under consideration namely concern monthly prices to be applied for the occupation of space.
 
As soon as ANACOM approves a final decision on this matter, which shall follow the prior hearing of interested parties, PTC must accordingly amend and publish the RCAO, within ten working days.
