Administrative Rule no. 386/2006, of 19 April, has been published today, approving a decrease by 10% of fees applicable to the public land mobile service - spectrum usage fees applicable to base stations and mobile stations of the GSM, DCS 1800 and UMTS networks. This statutory instrument is consistent with the gradual and progressive adjustment of fees to the effective usage of radio spectrum. Fees comprised in this Administrative Rule, which is based on a proposal put forward by ANACOM, apply as from 1 January 2006.
