By determination of 8 November 2005, ANACOM approved the decision regarding the inclusion of advertising and information of utilitarian nature in the telephone directories to be provided in the scope of the universal service. According to paragraph iii) of no. 1 of this determination, PT Comunicações (PTC) should announce and keep information to all interested parties on the conditions to include advertising in the directories, detailing prices, deadlines and proceedings to that purpose. These conditions should be presented to ANACOM on the date of their public release. 

Fulfilling what was established, PTC presented to ANACOM on 22 February 2006 information on the conditions to advertise in the directories.
