The ''Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications: European Union'' is now available.

This is a compilation of legal texts, of the responsibility of ANACOM, on the regulatory framework for electronic communications, highlighting the revised Community framework, approved in 2009, to be transposed into legal order of each member state by 25 May 2011.

The aim, is thus, to systematically promote the widespread dissemination of information and to facilitate access to these essential tools, through publication of consultation, addressed to all those interested in following matters relating to regulation of electronic communications.
