Consultation on the authorization regime of mobile satellite services in the 2 GHz band

By determination of 5 May 2011, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the authorization regime of the systems providing mobile satellite services (MSS) in the 2 GHz band.

This draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure under article 8 of the Electronic Communications Law, establishing a deadline of 20 working days to respond.
