ANACOM accepted, by determination of 22 December 2011, the auditing companies indicated by Cabovisão, Claranet Portugal, Onitelecom, Optimus, ZON TV Cabo Açoreana, ZON TV Cabo Madeirense and ZON TV Cabo Portugal, for the purposes of the regime laid down in article 6 (audits) of Regulation No 38/2004, published on 29 September (Regulation on the procedures for collection and delivery to municipalities of the municipal fee for rights of way - MFRW).
