Title: Measuring postal e-services development: an industry perspective

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) study examines the deployment of electronic postal services in member countries, seeking to reach an understanding on the degree of their development and to assess the impact on the postal business, taking into account the differences in pace, scope and degrees of success of innovation among countries, regions and markets.  

The study shows the importance of electronic postal services for the future of the postal service.
