The IRG/BEREC experts working group (EWG) on Net Neutrality met last 18 January at the IRG Secretariat offices in Brussels to organise and plan work on net neutrality projects with respect to quality of service and transparency of information on service to consumers.

Plans call for a quality of service guide to be prepared in 2012, particularly focusing on the impact of different IP traffic management techniques on consumers. Implementation of the BEREC guide on transparency produced by this group in 2011 and approved at the end of last year will also be evaluated.
