ANACOM - Amendment of the right of use frequencies held by REPART

By determination of 16 February 2012, ANACOM has approved the decision to amend right of use of frequencies, as allocated to REPART for operation of the mobile trunking service; the amendment is related to the discontinued use of the analogue system (MPT 1327) in the 450-470 MHz band. ANACOM determines that such use should be discontinued as on 31 March 2012, with return of spectrum assigned for the purpose.
