By determination of 9 March 2012, ANACOM has approved issue of unified titles of rights of use of frequencies for terrestrial electronic communication services to Optimus, TMN and Vodafone Portugal, following the multiband auction conducted in Portugal.

Approval was likewise given to the report on the consultation procedure to which the previous decision of 3 February 2012 was submitted.  In response to the consultation, commentary was received from: Onitelecom (which invoked confidentiality with respect to its entire response), Optimus, TMN, Vodafone Portugal and Miguel Couto.
