By determination of 13 January 2012, ANACOM decided to approve the final report on the public tender for the performance of an audit on the quality of service indicators related to complaints and information requests made to CTT - Correios de Portugal, with reference to the years 2010 and 2011, as well as the study of actual mail for the purpose of updating the sample.  Pursuant to this decision, award was made to Mazars & Associados - Sociedade de Revisores oficiais de Contas S. A..
