By determination of 23 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision to be notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the remaining Member States of the European Union (EU) on the specification of the price control obligation on wholesale markets of voice call termination on individual mobile networks.

Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted subsequent to determination of 3 October 2011.  In response to these procedures, comments were received from the following entities:

ACOP - Associação de Consumidores de Portugal (Portugal Consumers Association), Associação DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection), Ar Telecom, Cabovisão, Direcção-Geral do Consumidor (Directorate General for the Consumer), Onitelecom, Optimus, TMN, Vodafone Portugal, SATLYNX, União Geral de Consumidores (General Union of Consumers) and ZON TV Cabo Portugal.
