By determination of 28 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the procedures to be followed in evaluating the quality of service of regulated wholesale offers. This follows notification of the respective draft decision, approved on 16 February 2012, to the European Commission (EC), to the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and to the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The EC responded to the notification by letter of 22 March, making no comment.
Under this decision, PT Comunicações (PTC) is required to amend the regulated offers which make provision for fault repair time limits (RUO, LLRO, RELLO, Rede ADSL PT, WLRO) in accordance with the various stipulations of the decision, within a period of not more than 30 working days following its notification.
