By determination of 27 April 2012, ANACOM has approved the report of its administrative costs and of the total sum resulting from the collection of fees due to this Authority from providers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to the 2011 financial period. Publication of this report fulfils an obligation laid down in the LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law), specifically as in paragraph 5 of article 105.

The fees in question are those associated with the following acts: declarations supporting rights of providers of electronic communication networks and services; exercise of the activity of electronic communications networks and services provider; allocation of rights of use of frequencies; allocation of rights of use of numbering and the reservation of numbers; use of numbers; and use of frequencies.

In this respect, it was likewise decided to reimburse the different providers of electronic communication networks and services with the calculated amount, undertaking review of the respective settlement of fees.
