By determination of 11 May 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the revision of the calculation of the cost of capital rate of PT Comunicações applicable to the 2011 financial period.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and to the general consultation procedure as laid down in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September.  A period of 30 working days is provided under both procedures for interested parties to comment.
