Summary: The May 2012 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports on the definitive switch to digital terrestrial television (DTT), completed on 26 April, modification of the Portability Specification and the final decision concerning wholesale termination rates in mobile networks. Other highlights of this issue concern the release of 1st quarter 2012 statistics on households cabled with fibre optics (FTTH/B), notification of the European Commission regarding changes to the leased lines reference offer (LLRO) and the reference Ethernet leased lines office (RELLO), and disclosure of the 2011 report on fees owed to ANACOM.
