By determination of 4 May 2012, ANACOM has approved implementation of European Commission (EC) Decision 2011/829/EU (SRD) of 8 December 2011, incorporating its provisions into the National Table of Frequency Allocations (NTFA), as approved by ANACOM determination of 7 July 2011, in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February (LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)).
