Decision to amend determination on the process of designating the provider(s) of the universal service of electronic communications

By determination of 5 July 2012, ANACOM has approved the amendment and republication of its determination of 23 March 2012 on the conditions and specifications of each of the items which constitute the universal service, in the scope of the process of designating the provider(s) of the electronic communications universal service. The respective amendments have regard to the specification of the offer of public pay-telephones (second paragraph of point 3.1.2).
