The BEREC International Roaming project team (IRPT) held a meeting last 1 June in Brussels, chaired by the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (RTR). Top on the agenda were matters associated to the application of Roaming Regulation provisions in the networks of mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) and the presentation and discussion of consultation documents concerning the following guidelines: (i) publication of reference offers for access to roaming services by mobile network operators (MNOs); and (ii) availability of the sale of roaming services separate from other mobile services.
