By determination of 2 August 2012, ANACOM has approved the amendment of the Regulation governing the settlement and collection of fees due to ANACOM, as approved by determination of 1 July 2009 (Regulation 300/2009, published in Diário da República (Official Journal) of 15 July). This brings the Regulation into line with the legal changes which have occurred in the intervening period and improves its efficiency and effectiveness.

Approval was likewise given, on the same date, to the report on the consultation to which the respective draft decision, as approved by determination of 17 May 2012, was submitted.
