By determination of 20 May 2004, it was decided that ANACOM would not oppose the entry into force of the proposed fixed telephone service price list for 2004, submitted by PT Comunicações, SA, notwithstanding compliance with the obligations that, pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 48 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, may exist.
