By determination of 27 July 2006, approval was given to the draft decision setting out the range of statistical information that providers of internet access services providers need to submit to ANACOM, with a view to market definition and assessment of significant market power in the broadband access services market.

Interested parties were notified of the determination and given a period of 10 working days to respond in writing, as set out in articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Procedure.
