By determination of November 29, 2001, a draft decision was approved concerning compensations for incapacity to comply with deadlines for responding to supply requests within the framework of Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), that implies the introduction of alterations in PT Comunicações S.A.'s Reference Offer for Local Loop Unbundling (RUO 2001). Interested parties were notified of this draft decision in order to make a written statement within a maximum of 10 days, under the terms of Article 101, points 1 and 3, of the Administrative Procedure Code.
