Operating conditions of the voice mail service

By determination on May 16^th 2002, and following the resolution dated March 6, 2002 which approved the corresponding decision project, it was decided that all operators and providers of telecommunications services currently entitled to provide the voice mail service must ensure a period of not less than 5 seconds after the beginning of the voice mail service message at no cost to the calling user, enabling the choice between using, or not, the said functionality.
