By determination of 22 December 2004, ANACOM has decided not to oppose to the entry into force of the draft price list for reserved services to be in force for 2005, notified by the CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A., nor to the reduction of the time limit for notification of the new prices, provided for in article 5, paragraph 1, of the Universal Postal Service Price Convention; nevertheless, such time limits should be disclosed to the general public at the least 5 working days ahead of the date of entry into force thereof.
