In compliance with a determination of 4 June, the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP) has established a Supervisory Group to oversee the Unbundled Local Loop offer (ULL). The Group's main task is to investigate compliance with the Reference Offer for the Unbundled Local Loop.

The Group's first initiative was to visit 14 of the 25 exchanges which, according to annex 2 of the Reference Offer version published by PT Comunicações, do not provide physical ULL co-installation. A review of the operational conditions provided by the historic operator has already been presented so that the necessary measures can be taken. The remaining exchanges will soon be visited.
