Consultation on the 2005/2006 NFAP

By determination of 17 February 2006, a new version of the 2005-2006 National Frequency Allocation Plan (2005-2006 NFAP) was approved, as foreseen under article 16 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law n.º 5/2004, of 10 February).

Included in this deliberation is the final report on the general consultation procedure to which this tool was subject to, following a determination of 29 November 2005 analyzing the comments received and supporting ANACOM's options.
