2007 - Proposal on tariffs and discounts applicable to the provision of books, newspapers and other periodicals

By determination of 8 March 2007, it has been decided not to oppose the entry into force of the proposal on tariffs and discounts applicable to the provision of books, newspapers and other periodicals, submitted by CTT – Correios do Portugal (CTT) in the scope of the Universal Postal Service Price Convention in force. Is has been determined also not to oppose the reduction of deadlines for notification of prices, provided for in article 5 of the Convention; prices under consideration must thus be disclosed by CTT at least five working days ahead of the respective date of entry into force.
