Title: 2005 Regulation Report

Summary:

In accordance with ICP-ANACOM's statutory provisions approved by Decree-Law no. 309/200 of 7 December, it is this Authority's duty, since January 2002, to make an annual report on its regulation activities, to be submitted to the Government and further presented to the Parliament, and also to produce a report on the state of communications and its regulation and supervision activities, to be submitted to the Government member with powers over the sector and to be publicized. The current report aims to fulfil these statutory requirements.
