Price of the Television Signal Distribution and Broadcasting Service

By determination of 10 September 2008, a final decision was taken as regards the price charged by PT Comunicações for the television signal distribution and broadcasting service, under paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 16 of the Bases of the Concession of the Telecommunications Public Service (Decree-Law no. 31/2003 of 17 February), to implement targeted measures following the assessment of the wholesale market for broadcasting transmission services, to deliver broadcast content to end users (market 18 of Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC of 11 February 2003).
