By determination of 4 February 2009, ANACOM has given approval to the E112 Regulation, which establishes the principles and rules which govern the provision to authorities responsible for providing emergency services of information on the location of callers to the single European 112 emergency number and which apply to undertakings providing publicly available telephone services and networks. The report on the consultation to which the respective draft Regulation was submitted Is an integral part of this determination.
