ANACOM decided, by determination of 11 March 2009 not to oppose the proposed public payphones tariff of the fixed telephone service, presented by PT Comunicações on 11 February 2009, notwithstanding the outstanding obligations of transparency.

The tariff in question was also submitted to ANACOM's Advisory Council, in accordance with point c) of article 37 of the Statutes of this Authority, as approved by Decree-Law no 309/2001 of 7 December.
