¹ Includes the countries of the European Union (EU), Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. However, the regulation does not enter into force in these countries immediately. Until Regulation (EU) No. 531/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 13 June 2012, enters into force in Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein, Regulation (EC) No. 544/2009 of the Parliament and the Council of 18 June 2009, as amending Regulation (EC) No. 717/2007, of 27 June 2007 on roaming on public mobile telephone networks within the Community, remains in force.
