Order

1- Pursuant to point c) of article 18 of Decree-Law no. 153/91, of 23 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 128/2002, of 11 May, and following the proposal made by the president of the Committee for the Communications Emergency Planning, I hereby appoint Henrique Manuel de Pina Duarte Gomes as vice-president of that Commission, office to be held under a service commission regime.

2- The present order takes effect as from the date of the signature thereof.
