Notice

By determination of the Board of Directors of ICP-ANACOM dated 17 February 2006, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the notice published in the III Series of the Diário da República (the Portuguese Official Journal) on 23 July 2003, pursuant to and for the purpose of paragraph 2 of article 9 of Decree-Law no. 151-A/2000 of 20 July, were repealed by ICP-ANACOM.

Pursuant to the mentioned determination, the list of stations and networks exempted from licensing, under article 9 of Decree-Law no. 151-A/2000, of 20 July, is henceforth comprised in the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP).
