Amendments to the reference ducts access offer (RDAO)
17.11.2009 | Draft decisionBy decision of 17 November 2009, approval has been given to the draft decision on the amendments to the reference ducts access offer (RDAO), and to its submission to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, and the general consultation procedure set forth in Article 8 of Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February; in both cases a maximum period of 30 days is established.
Approval was likewise given to the notification to be sent to the European Commission (EC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 57, also of Law No 5/2004.
