Relevant markets, SMP and obligations
This area comprises all the available information on each of the relevant markets identified by ANACOM, in compliance with Regicom and Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC, of 11 February 2003.
You may namely access the respective consultation procedures and the determinations adopted by ANACOM in the scope of market analysis and definition, SMP assessment and imposition of obligations, as well as the process concerning the notification of the European Commission. The notifications of the different Member States are subject to an autonomous table, updated on a regular basis. The questionnaires launched for the collection of information on the different markets are also available.
