Deactivation/ re-activation of the portability notice - Mobile networks
According to the data provided to ANACOM by the mobile operators covered by no. 1 of article 21 of the Portability Regulationhttp://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=419227, their clients may follow the following proceedings to obtain, for free, the online notice hearing’s inhibition or re-activation:

1) Dial number 707922922 (information service) and ask to deactivate/ re-activate the portability announcement;

1) Dial 1242 (automatic answering service) 2) Select option 2 (activation option / deactivation of portability message);

Customers can request deactivation/activation of the portability notice by dialling:
- 12 045 (private pre-paid and post-paid customers); - By PT Blue Store shops; or Under the UZO (flat-rate) tariff, customers who have subscribed to certain campaigns where there is a difference in call costs depending on the destination network may contact the Customer Service Line (707 96 0000) or use the UZO website to deactivate the portability notice.

Mobile Portability: Ability of a customer of a mobile operator's services to retain a phone number when switching to another mobile operator.
PIN - Personal Identification Number: Used to restrict access to determined electronic communication services to their individual user. Works like an access code to a service which should only be known to the user.
