Notifications of Member States
This table contains information on the relevant markets already notified by the Member States to the European Commission and to other national regulatory authorities (NRA) in connection with article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC (framework directive) and with Commission Recommendation 2003/561/EC.
The data available include the notifications made by Member States, namely those regarding the 18 markets expressly listed on the Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC and others identified by the Member States, as well as the decisions adopted under the terms of article 5 of Directive (Access Directive).
The table, which is updated on a quarterly basis, contains each of the notifications made, by country, referring their scope and status.
