  • Television Act

  • Law of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Arts - The present law aims at establishing the principles the State shall apply within the framework of the promotion, development and protection of the arts concerning the cinema and cinematographic activities, as well as of audiovisual production.

  • Regime applicable to the licensing of radiocommunications networks and stations and to the inspection of the installation of such stations and of the use of the spectrum, including the principles governing radio fees, protection from electromagnetic radiation exposure and the sharing of radiocommunications infrastructure

  • The present statutory instrument regulates the approval from the municipality concerning the installation and functioning of support infrastructures for radiocommunication stations and respective accessories, and provides mechanisms for the setting of reference levels on exposure of the general public to electromagnetic fields.

  • Establishes the posts of Listener Ombudsman and Viewer Ombudsman in the public radio and television services
