  • I. General regulation

  • Establishment of the legal provisions applicable to the licensing of radiocommunication networks and stations , the supervision of the installation of the said stations and the use of the radio spectrum.

  • The present statutory instrument regulates the approval from the municipality concerning the installation and functioning of support infrastructures for radiocommunication stations and respective accessories and adopts the mechanisms for the setting of reference levels on exposure of the general public to electromagnetic fields (0 Hz to 300 Hz)
