Angola
While bilateral co-operation with Angola goes back to the beginning of the 1990's, it only took on a more structured form with the signing of a cooperation protocol in 1996, which covered both the telecommunications and postal sectors.
With the impetus provided by the creation of Angola's regulator of the communications sector, Instituto Angolano das Comunicações (INACOM), this cooperation has recently been enhanced with the signing of a new protocol of cooperation on 4 July 2008, adapted to the new demands of the sector, as well as the establishment of indicative cooperation plans and the annual cooperation plans.
