This area contains a wide range of information on the regulatory framework for electronic communications, both as adopted in the European Union in 2002 and as approved in 2009.
This information includes national measures transposed from the 2002 regulatory framework (99 Review) (laws and regulations and decisions of ANACOM). The deadline for the implementation of the 2009 regulatory framework, (2006 Revision) has been established as May 2011.
