Revocation of the rights of use of frequencies associated with Muxes B to F
29.01.2010 | Draft decision
By determination of 29 January 2010, ANACOM decided to approve the draft decision to repeal the act of granting rights of use of frequencies associated with Multiplexers B to F and, as a consequence, the five titles which substantiate the rights assigned to PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), without forfeiture of the guarantee bond. It was likewise determined that the decision to repeal shall be retroactive in effect from the date of this draft decision.
The draft decision will be submitted to the prior hearing of PTC, in accordance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure for a period of 20 working days, and likewise submitted to the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, whereby interested parties are given an equal period to comment.
