By determination of 2 June 2010, ANACOM has decided to extinguish the obligation to provide on a regular basis statistical information on leased lines for the purpose of relevant market definition and the assessment of significant market power, which was imposed by its determination of 2 November 2006, without prejudice to the reporting obligations which arise from the current legal and regulatory framework.

It was also decided not to submit this decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under paragraph 2b) of article 103 of the Administrative Procedure Code, as the procedure leads to the adoption of a decision which is favourable for those concerned.
