By determination of 8 July 2010, ANACOM decided, in the context of the 900/1800 MHz spectrum refarming, to unify into a single title the conditions applicable to the exercise of the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus, TMN and to Vodafone Portugal for the provision of the land mobile service, in accordance with GSM 900/1800 and UMTS technologies.
On that date, approval was given also to the report of the prior hearing of interested parties and of the general consultation procedure to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, further to determination of 31 March 2010.
